The location was very central. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. the staff were helpful . the breakfast offered a good variety of choices each morning! the room was very clean and well kept.
The minibar in my room was not working. This was inconvenient! i had to request assistance to resolve the issue, which took some time.

the breakfast buffet included a range of options like pastries, cereals, and hot dishes, though i did not try the hot dishes, there was coffee, tea and juice available too. the dining area was clean and well-kept, with staff regularly replenishing items during breakfast. there were vegetarian options too.

My double room featured a comfortable bed, a desk, and a tv. The air conditioning worked efficiently. the bathroom included a shower, a sink, and complimentary toiletries, it was a modern room! the room also had blackout curtains.

The reception staff were generally helpful. They assisted with directions and basic inquiries. housekeeping maintained the room daily, ensuring cleanliness and restocking amenities, it was good. the staff spoke english fluently.

I found the location quite central, providing easy access to several points of interest. The room was equipped with good heating, which i enjoyed. Room service was readily available and efficient. The hotel provided a safe and two sets of hangers inside the wardrobe.
The wall sockets were partially detached, which posed a minor inconvenience.
